kernel_device.dll seems to be a part of a "hack tool" program claiming to be able to give you free advantages in games, whithout earning them ingame.
This program is supposedly used for cheating in games such as Heroes charge, Etherlords, Angry Birds, Crusaders Quest, HellFire, Shadow Kings, Fifa 15, Little Raiders Robins Revenge.
From what we have been able to find, this "Hack tool" program is fake, and no matter if you would be able to find a file named kernel_device.dll or not, you would not get any gold/mana/health/ingame advantages.
